Q. How good is your valve?

A: Zero Leakage, reliable performance, and long service life. Our products will be 100% tested before shipping out to customers. We follow API or EN standard for pressure test. Every valve has to be Zero Leakage to pass the test.

Q. How long does your warranty last? What does it cover?

A: Warranty for valves and actuators is last for twelve (12) months from the shipping date of original purchase. It covers the repair for the defect resulting from the use under normal and customary manner. However, valve consumables (including body seal, seat, thrust washer, stem packing, stem bushing, and gland bearing) are not included in the warranty.

Q. Do you use forging material or casting material to make valves?

A: Both. Mostly casting material, but we use forging material for high pressure valves.
